Shakira joined Pepper Money in July 2017 and is currently the Country Head of PSO Manila. As Country Head who is driven by lateral thinking and creativity, Shakira leads the senior management team in the Philippines in fostering office performance and streamlining support functions for both Pepper Money and third-party clients across diverse markets.

An Australian with a deep passion for improvement and a keen fascination with operational dynamics, Shakira has held various roles across the Australian non-bank sector prior to joining Pepper Money and PSO Manila, which includes leading the operations of an Australian Mortgage Manager in the Philippines.
